DSTV service is pathetic!
So my DSTV plays and I'm watching Channel 291 and then suddenly flashes a message "Error E143-4". Call the call centre and speak to Sibosihle and she really tries but then says I must get installer or take decoder to their offices.. Not during Covid 19 I tell her as its not safe. I request to speak to a senior technician and plop she drops the call! What excellent service from DSTV... Maybe I should just cancel my account and vote with my money!
