DSTV Service is pathetic

Absolutely terrible service from the top to the bottom. Ample empty promises and "please hold" only for after 25 minutes to cut the call on their end. A simple change of package has resulted in over 10 calls in one day with no success. No apology not one promise of getting back to us has occurred. Very frustrating and totally unacceptable
