Dstv service is pathetic

Such pathetic service. I spoke to a lady at the call center, i think Katelyn Brooks. She was good but couldn't assist me further. Put me through to her manager. Still waiting for that call. Anyway that would never happen. *********** manager and the previous agent was just pathetic. I have a premium package, 2 explorers and a hd extra view. All to be canceled. Now I understand why Netflix is so popular
