Dstv service is non existent

Been a subscriber since 1992 and always on the highest package. On premium since it started. My experience with them over last week has been atrocious. Seem to have no interest in solving a techinicsl problem. Have phoned call centre since last Saturday for a total of 5 times. They try help and when the problem can’t be solved they say someone from the xtra view team will phone with in an hour to assist. That happened on 4 occasions. Still waiting for that phone call. Not 1 call back. Yet I must continue to pay for a service I’m not getting and continual phone and beg for help.
