DSTV Service is non existent

We been having problems since last week with the dstv now not all the channels are working, been phoning them and then you stay and hold for 40 min and nothing gets done about it. It been giving problems since last week Thursday and is still and a-lot off customers complaint but nothing is getting done Just get a back screen and blue circle or a screen and blue circle can’t even watch anything on the channel 144
