Dstv service is horrible!

So even leaving your company is a hassle, never have I ever heard of a company that takes 7-14 days to do a refund. When a person has to pay for your service it does not take you 14 days to switch off the service. Right now I want my money I have to wait for ever. 14 days have passed and when I enquire about my refund I don't get answers. I want my money!!!
