Dstv service is bad

I'm truelly disgusted by the service I have been experiencing by Dstv. In May I won a free upgrade on wheel of fortune but never used it. My account went into credit and I had free viewing for 2 months. On month 3 I had to pay R50. 00 to keep viewing. Last month I paid my full monthly subscription but this month I have been disconnected 3 times already. The customer care is useless because they keep on escalating my query to accounts and no one is getting back to me. All they have to say is that wheel of fortune has reversed my prize that I won. In the meen time I paid for something I can't use..
