DSTV service gone down the drain!

This is the second time Im posting this review as they did not even bother to respond to the first one in October 2019. I was used to having great support from DSTV so I am saddened by what seems to be happening now. I have been a long standing client and have 2 services. A premium subscription for myself and a basic service for my housekeepers accommodation. Her decoder broke and I purchased a new decoder with installation from Makro. The installer came to install and all works fine but my billing suddenly went up from R 850.00 / month to almost R 1200.00 / month! I called customer support 3 times in the last month and have escalated the matter but still have not had a call-back or a response! Case number: **********2-C2 I have spent 90 minutes on airtime and been overcharged! Not happy!
