DSTV SERVICE

Dstv is nonsense... My account is up to date and today around 7pm my package was suspended, called the call center and nothing was resolved and the agent(Rethabile) couldn't assist or even give correct or accurate information she advised that Siphokazi (team leader) will contact me back after 8pm am still waiting for the call even now.... Decided to check my Dstv app shows that I owe R85 that's bull****... Time and airtime wasted 1 hour on the phone and no assistance....Dstv is sucking us for nothing am going for Netflix rather pay for service I get.
