For months now I have been having the same issue. I want to rent a movie on box office, but whether i do it via SMS or the QR code, it doesn't come through. I always have to phone the call Centre to release it from their side. When I ask them to check why this is, they always tell me they see no issue they will escalate it to technical. I never ever hear back from them and the problem persists. The latest issue is that even though the movies you rent from box office say available for 48 Hrs, now after 24Hrs they stop playing. This was apparently also escalated to technical. I wont hold my breathe for feed back.
