I was on a promotion for 3 months (June- Aug) which allowed me to pay R299. I called and confirmed the sms. But since September my services have been disconnected every week and the matter escalated 13 times and still no joy with my account. Its been disconnected for 9 days in October and I paid by compact subscription for October on the 29 September 2019.
