Well, I logged a complaint on this platform, got an email, telling me they are looking into the problem. After spending a hundred rand on phone calls to no avail. Friday afternoon, got a call from a Lady called Happiness, who promised to call me on Saturday morning at 9:30. No calls, not resolution to my problem. They should investigate the service they provide. Its the worse even.
