DSTV Service - Appaling

Signed up for Price lock. Accredited installer re-did installation which worked perfectly before he re-did something. Now a month later I don't have signal on 2nd decoder as a result of installation. Cannot get hold of anyone at DSTV regarding installation. I now have to pay another installer to fix what the other one messed up, and DSTV (Multichoice) don't give a damn and wont assist. Shocking service, no wonder their subscriptions are plummeting.
