DStv Service agents are pathetic

Dstv service is very pathetic, the agents are not well informed and they provide faulty information to clients. at the end of the day clients subscriptions are suspended and yet the client made the payment accordingly. I am very upset with their service and im cancelling both my Mom subscription and mine all together. i cannot keep paying for their agents mistakes. if you did not pay your subscription on time, they still keep it on for some time until a certain date in the new month and bill you for for. this means that even if you are not utilizing it. you will still be billed for it. im hardly in my house but i keep paying for something i do not utilize. im sick and tired of this. i want it out!!!! Their agents provided me with incorrect outstanding fees amount to pay in order to have both decoders re-connected, i went and pay them. now the decoders are off again!!! i want it out of my house...I\M DONE WITH DSTV"
