DSTV Service a disgrace in rural areas

I moved from Kuruman to Postmasburg at the end of June 2018, and stayed at my mom's house while I was building additional rooms at my house. I stopped paying my subscription and my services was suspended. On 27 September 2018, DSTV sent me an sms offering me a discounted subscription of R460 if I reconnect my package. The offer was valid until 31 March 2019. I took them up on the offer by the end of November 2018, and reconnected my services. I continued to pay the amount of R460 at the end of November 2018 and December 2018, and January 2019 respectively. After making the said payment, DSTV keeps advising me that I need to pay an additional R49 to continue viewing. I am disappointed in the service of DSTV and is currently looking at alternative viewing experiences...
