DSTV SERVICE!!

A solid 0 , I can give!! DSTV is absurd!!! They implemented links where a customer can pay online. Yet they say they haven’t received my payment!! Who’s problem is it? Been having issues for 4 days now. I’ve sent them a screenshot as proof of payment and also a bank statement to show that my money was debited!!! My services are disconnected but money is debited!! Is this because they don’t have competition? I’m UPSET and their customer service is disgusting!!!

I’ve been on a call with a consultant for an 1 hour and 27 minutes…I paid for my services yet again using my own airtime for this call.
It is DISGUSTING!
DISGRACEFUL!
I feel the urge to puke!!!
For the bank to email my statement it’s MONEY AND NOW THEY TELL ME ITS NOT ELIGIBLE I NEED TO GO TO THE BANK?
***? WHY COME UP WITH A PAYING METHOD THATS NOT EFFECTIVE!!
