Dstv **** service.

Hi i recently reconnected my service after 2 years. I was told that my installment was to be 599 for the next 3 months. After paying the amount my dstv got disconnected. After 1000 rand airtime and 100 calls it is still not resolved. I spoke to a mananger cumisa kalazani who told me he will call me back. He was supposed to send an email and copy me in which also never happened. Next step is the ombadsman. Really **** call centre agents and service.
