DSTV Service

I am a premium member with DSTV. I have been trying to get Showmax on my Explora 3B. I have been in contact with DSTV direct, trying to get Showmax, as DSTV offers this free for premium subscribers. The adverti*****t does not say what decoder is needed. DSTV do not listen to me when I explain that the advert does not tell subscribers to what decoder you need and will not change my decoder. Their robot cannot answer my question an always asks me for a code to repair faults. Service does exits with their call center or insurance.
