DSTV sends calls to action then ignore you when you act

On 30 July I received an SMS from DSTV that said if I rep**** 'yes' by midnight, they would upgrade me to Compact Plus for the special price of R460 for two months. I rep**** yes, and two weeks later, nothing has happened. I emailed, phoned, log a web query numerous times, and no one can help me. Are you ignoring me and hoping I'll forget and move on?Tell me why I haven't been upgraded, as this is false advertising. I want a clear answer so I can go to the ombudsman.
