DSTV self service does not work
Been trying to downgrade one of my decoders since the 6th Jan 21 without success. They tell you to use their App, but the App does not work. Then they tell you to use their WhatsApp but WhatsApp does not work. Even tried calling their call centre but, you guest it, all they do there is send you back to their broken App and WhatsApp. Can't even get to a real person to deal with the issue. Wonder if they will even bother looking at this post ....

Kindly that your payment date is on the 01ST, therefore, your billing cycle runs from the 01ST to the 30TH. The services cannot be downgraded in the middle of your billing cycle. This means that any package changes can only be scheduled for your next billing date.
Our records indicate that you have successfully scheduled a downgrade via Self-service.
The services will be downgraded on the 01.02.2021.

I am fully aware of the downgrading process - my issue is that I am unable to get any confirmation that the request has been logged and will be processed as none of you so called service channels are working.
