Dstv Select kyknet
Got sms late tonight... did log a complaint via call centre twice earlier this month but they never came back to me. 'Your DStv Select package will expire today (4 Nov)! We'll be moving you to DStv Family for only R265pm on 5 Nov... but already downgraded before date of sms indicated and 5min wait period when trying 2 phone them. I can upgrade to DStv Compact Plus@ R519pm. Double the price just 2 get kyknet... only channel we watch. Not happy at all. Is there someone else out there impacted?
