Still on the fiber issue I app**** for, router was picked up but now my channels are off I paid 500 month end n I'm only using dstv excess channels but they I received a msg to pay something like 300 so I don't know if I'm also been charged for fiber that I'm not using or wat cose now my channels are off n I don't owe them this guy's I definitely don't.

I did call them n tried to chat with them but they not assisting my channels are disconnected they telling me I should pay for the fiber package that's reflecting on my account how the hell is that possible how can I be paying for something I'm not using, since they told me they escalated my issue but I'm still offline no one has contacted me regarding this issue 😭😭
