Service has been appalling from the start. Wrote a review here complaining about them deducting double what the bill amount was. The company saw the reviews here on Hello Peter and called the next day promising to refund my money back but this has not yet happened. I've been calling them non stop since the 27th of July to date nothing has happened. They have ****med me R1078. Everytime I have called they promised to refund my money back but none of this has happened. I am livid!

17 Aug 2021, 11:24Yes you've received my complaint but nothing has been done to date! Why is it such a drag to get assistance yet it's easy for you guys to take people's hard earned money at the end of the month. Your services are appalling!
