I woke up today and found out I am disconnected while I made a full payment to my account and when I try and contact them they say I owe them.
This has been going on for the best part of this year whereby my viewing only lasts for half a month and I will be disconnected in the middle of the month and be told that I owe them. I usually ask them about these hidden costs that appear from no where and they deny that they have hidden costs.
Please I need help in this regard
