Dstv ****med me!

Mid September 2019 one of the consultans called me asking me if I want to change my package, I refused and wanted to remain with my old package, mid October I realized after payment of my normal subscription the massage for payment is still not going away. I contacted DSTV Facebook but they told me I owe 1300, because my package has changed. I told them that I never wanted my package to change I had refused to offer. On the 18 October my viewing was blocked due to none payment I knew nothing of. I tried again contacting DSTV asking them to clear this as it is icorrect. Nothing was done and I was forced to pay for something I never asked for so that my children can watch TV. Dstv stop ******** people of their hard earned money!!
