dstv **** get 1 month free

Disgusted in the service received! Ref no: ***4 DSTV sent SMS regarding paying your subscription on time and you will receive May on DSTV To date I have not received the free may month for free! When I call the call centre, I am told that the system does not allow this to happen! And I am liable to pay… So how am I going to receive my one month free from DSTV?..... then i get an email telling me the following: "You're still in line to get 1 month on us, please be advised that we are still working on a backlog.The offer should be loaded on your next billing cycle which is 27-06-2019 to 26-07-2019.Please contact us on the 20th of June to confirm if the discount has been loaded or not."

Try conating them for my free month and all i get is a run around
