DSTV ****

Recently in September on the 25th I had 'reinstalled my dish n decoder which I had cancelled subscription after having paid them off for that month, this was in 2018.

Now after speaking to an agent who have me the Dstv Absa Cheque account number telling me I had to deposit 430 that I owe them , which I also don't know what for, I them paid it in and now I'm being told they do not have that money paid to them, now I'm frustrated because even the robotic emails from them telling me that I'll be responded to in 24hrs every time I make follow up.

Please help me
