Useless organization, I have been fighting for my refund of R3500 which was accidentally paid to their account by mistake on the 14th of June 2020. I have been sent from pillar to post and no seems to have an idea of where is my refund. As a matter of principle it is no longer about the money but lack of transparency to this organization and lack of control in dealing with external complaints. On the 24 of June 2020 I was told my refund was en-route to Finance for processing and still now they are processing
