DStv is now robing people and it’s totally wrong one yesterday I called in to check the amount I have to pay they said R151 okay boom again I call cause I wanted to be really sure and this lady khuselwa said it’s R151 however she doesn’t think that’s correct and she checked and said I will have to pay R346 okay again I decided no these people have been telling me different things in just one day just before I transfer the amount let me call again now they said it’s R497 okay cool so I transferred the R497 and sent a proof of payment boom this morning I received a message saying Thank you for the payment unfortunately the amount wasn’t enough so please pay an additional R116.20 to continue viewing. So irritated honestly I mean my package is compact now why all these amounts can you guys fix this because I’m not gonna be taken for a ride this nonsense really sort it out and i’M not paying any additional amount cause I feel like this is now a **** really this can’t be and no one tells you about charges or ,anything like that and what are these charges for this ridiculous honestly sort it out and give me a call Nozipho Mathibela ***0
