My husband received a sms about a deal to save and upgrate, we had to sms to 32512 and a consultant will phone within 48/72 hours. I smsed again and still nothing so as I phoned this morning I was told the deal ended the 30th November but I can get another backage!!!! We have been a client for many years and pay on time surely since they did not bother to phone back we should still get the deal as per sms....all i got was a consultant that didnt wanted to listen to any reason and was rude. This is the worst company we have dealt with so far!!!!!
