Dstv ****!!!

I went to pay my account as I do every month and I haven't ever been nor am I in arrears, on the second of this month. everything was fine until the fourth when they disconnected me. they said I need to pay R100 in order to reconnect yet couldn't provide me with a reason. now again on the 15th I'm left offline and when I spoke to cell centre they told me I need to pay R150! How many times should I fork out money for dstv's ***** up??
