DSTV- SALES (YES) SERVICES(NO)

Seems like Multichoice promises more than they can deliver, I have had a price lock deal upgrade taken up with them 3 weeks ago and was promised delivery and installation with two weeks.

Its now been over 3 weeks and not a single phone call, DSTV Call Centre distances themselves from the Price Lock Center as though it is a family member that no one speaks about anymore.

It has been escalated 5 times with one email from complaints basically telling me that they also have given up. The debit order system works just fine because now i am going to be billed for services and equipment

Its the start of the holidays and still no upgrade for my family. Complaint ref no: ********** 5-I204 REF NO: **********
