DSTV sales service is FLAWED....OVER PROMISE and UNDERDELIVER!!

Purchased the 2 year Explora deal...with lots of promises. Hassle free delivery AND installation. A month later...and all I have of this"great" deal is an Explora lying in a box, uninstalled and thus of no use! Multichoice promised me many installers will call me and I can pick one. Only one called and when I called her back (twice), she informed me "get someone else, not interested to install anymore". Pathetic Multichoice!! So I queried via the DSTV website, 2 days later received feedback that my query will be addressed....another week later......NOTHING!!! So your TV ads about your fantastic deal is nothing but a total misrepresentation to the public! Shame on you!! Mr Calwo Mawela...are you even aware of the way your sales teams are operating, promising and not delivering on promises? Hopefully not?
