DSTV's new system is completely Confusing!

Everything now has accounts where in the past you had ONE account.<br> If you want to change something you first have to select an account which you have now idea off?<br> (Hint: Add NAME tags to the selection! - Holiday, Residential, Box Office, etc...)<br> <br> If you have more than one decoder they are now generating expenses left right and centre when you manage one on a pro rata basis. If you try to get transaction details it simply says nothing happened - But there is charges! It used to be One full premium with the pro rata portion of the second.<br> <br> They automatically add insurance when I on numerous occasions indicated that I am not interested.<br> <br> This new system is clearly designed to Milk and Confuse their already battered clientele.<br> Bad show MultiChoice!<br>
