DSTV *****s my money

On the 1ste of AUG 2023 we pay our DSTV streaming service. After being on DSTV Chat to confirm if there is a debit order or not, (there were issues before regarding payments) they confirmed there were no debit order loaded. so we did a manual payment to them. On the 8th of Aug 2023 we got a very nice surprise from them, they debited my credit card for the month of August. The bank cant reverse the payment and also no positive feedback from DSTV. We have logged a complaint ref no: ***6 and no luck or response from them.
