Dstv *****s from you by deducting incorrect amounts

I am disgusted in DSTV they have been charging me an additional amount of R150 pm for more than a year price lock decoder when I purchased the decoder from game cash. When you phone they transfer you from Pilar to post and promises that management will call me and nobody calls. I always wondered why people don't want nothing to do with DSTV and now I see why. They ***** your money and when you question it nobody can answer you.
