pathetic services, being charged for a decoder that is not working for 3 months, called in then i get told i can't do this and i can't do that but when it's time to collect money they are fast. i want a credit of that 125.00 x 3 that i am paying for this extra view that is not working despite DSTV resetting, serial number of decoder A***. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR FEES, WHEN I DISCONNECT THAT DECODER I AM PAYING FOR YOU NOW SMACK ME WITH ANOTHER 125.00 THAT I NEED TOPAY BECASUE IF OYU HAVE 3 OR MORE DECODERS ONE XTRA VIEW IS FREE SO 125. X 2 BUT NOW THAT I DISCONNECT ONE, I AM PAYING FOR I NOW STILLNEED TO PAY THE 125 X 2.... PLEASE CREDIT ME FOR ALL THE MONTHS THAT DECODER WASNOT WORKGN YET YOU DEDUCTED THE PAYMENT FROM MY ACC!!!!
