It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our service. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.
We tried getting in touch with you on *** but the phone went to voicemail. Kindly note, we have received the copy of IDs, and the bank statement, however, the 3rd party authority to debit form (to be completed by the bank account holder) has not been completed in its entirety and we cannot pay it into the Capitec account, as per request, as this is not the account from which it came. For security reasons, payments can only be paid to the account from which it came.
Please send these to us so that we can process the refund, and please be assured of our best service and intentions at all times.
