DSTV runs a Promotional **** ( Pay on time for 3 months & get the 4th month on us!)

On January 16,2019 Multichoice send me a promotional email stating that if i pay my dstv account on time for 3 months id get the 4th month for free.

I then paid my account on time for the 3 months but sadly now on the forth month they require payment and have since suspended my services.

3 weeks before the end of the month i called in to ensure that i get the services for free. I spoke to a lady by the name of Philadelphia and he raised a case number ********** 1. For the last 3 weeks ive been calling in every second day and i am not getting any remedy. Ive spoken to the following people: Philadelphia>>Glenda>>Sindisiwe>>Nandipha>> Rhivario ( these are the ones that i documented).

I am now expected to go to a dstv walk in centre to produce proof of the email while my services have been suspended and this is completely unacceptable.

The service agents are all unable to help me and they keep telling me the same thing and not providing any remedy
