DSTV rubbist customer service from Lethobo DSTV call center Agent.

I would lodge a formal complain about call center Agent call Lethabo from DSTV, she is rude and unhelpful.i tried to explain to her my issue about my DSTV playing 100 she said to me am raising my voice and she threatened to end the call without assist,she talk over a customer without wanting to listen to issue.i tried countless time to explain to her that I called about the same issue yesterday and I was assisted she kept on tell me that my decor is old and my visit nearest DSTV centre, I told again that this issue was resolved by someone yesterday without being told that my decor is old. I would to DsTV manager to go and lister to call between Menzi and Lethabo and determine whether that how you guys want your customer service and that how you treat paying customers when they request help about the service they are paying for.

May please request my channel to be restored am still seeing 100 only and Lethabo agent failed to assist because she doesn't want to lister to the customer all she do is to talk over the customer.
