Dstv ******* service

So i received a call from DSTV multichoice they offered me the Explora package with a price lock on it ,,, i have been trying to get them to send someone out to connect ( to do the installation) from December 2018 its almost time to pay again for my dish and I still haven't seen any of their stupid adverts, everytime I call they will escalate my call until today iam still waiting then .... my favorite part is they only work from 8-5 so even when I called them at 16h05 they still can't help me

ALL THEY KNOW IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE REPEAT PROGRAMS AND MOVIES THEY HAVE I AM SICK OF THEM IAM SO GOING OVER TO OPEN VIEW HD rather
