DSTV ROUTER SUBSCRIPTION 50GB DATA

We saw their adverti*****t that you can get 50GB data plus DSTV subscription for R499.00. We then decided to subscribe and they delivered their router. Upon arrival they said we should activate the sim card of which it never worked. They then said they will deliver another sim card that they still failed to deliver, after making numerous follow up they said we should visit one of their DSTV outlets, and we did visit their outlet and still failed to service us. The last resort was to comment on their social media platforms where they promised to escalate and they still failed to deliver.

All I can say is that DSTV Multichoice data subscription is a ****. I am fed up with their service, they deducted twice already and we haven't used their data. What is left now is for us to switch to Netflix and buy unlimited data for streaming
