DSTV router password reset
A simple task like requesting password reset for DSTV wifi router have to be escalated and I have to wait for 24 hours to get the response . All most everything is escalated at DSTV .The service is below average .They promise to call you back with update but they never call .They only call when you make review and the issue get into the CEO office

Please see the steps below to reset your WIFI password.
1. Connect to Dstv Internet
2. On Google Chrome address bar search http://192.168.0.1/index.html#login
3. Once prompted for a password key in the website password, not the WIFI password ( found underneath the router on a white sticker)
4. Select Modify Login Password ( Top Right Handside ) on the landing page
5. Key in the current password
6. Create a New password
7. Confirm Password
8. Then Apply changes
