DSTV router ****

Its been over 8 months they have been debiting my account *** ,I purchased the router and it never worked the was no sim cards and the Technician didn't know what he was doing he was just a delivery person and I've called several times then i was told to bring it to Randburg around Nov 2024 which i did and was told they will cancel the subscription which that wasn't done as they still debiting and my funeral policies have lapsed all coz of your ******** debiting
