DSTV Router and Interned Order not received

On the 29th December 2023 I app**** for router and internet which was approved and was told to wait for 7-14days. When I follow up everything I'm told there is no router and internet order then I start overagain with the application process and then again told to wait 7-14 days I will be called to arrange delivery and no one calls me after that. Last week Friday 26 Jan 2024 I followed up again and was told the driver will call me to deliver but did not receive and call. And today 29 Jan 2024 I follow up on the delivery of my order I'm told there is no internet and router order. I am just fed up with DSTV and their unprofessionalism, this back and forth has been going on for a full month now as it is the 29th January 2024 today.
