DSTV ROUTER is a nonsense router I ever had, my SIM is locked, and it only works for an hour after I had a chat with them, then gets locked. They are quick to help you when they need a sale, thereafter you will never be assisted when you need help. They kept me holding for over 45 minutes, everyday until I hung up without getting through. Escalated my matter, and was promised a call back within 48 hours, guess what? It's the third week now no one ever called back to assist me. I chat with different agents everyday. I've lost my patience now, I want them to cancel this nonsense
