DStv robs people in covid 19 pandemic

First I want to say that I am absolutely disgusted by DStv. The debit order did not go off. Today they disconnected the DStv and on top of it I am to pay R80 for reconnection. How the hell can you just do that. I mean don't they try again with the debit orders or call their clients . No wonder they loosing so much clients. Now with people being cash strapped they still charge you so much. I have always paid on time , there has never been any payment issues and as a loyal client this is what they do. I am so done with DStv- shame on you
