Dstv robs me

So multichoice I don't know if am being ****med or what. Firstly am not a debit order paying customer however I am everymonth making payments manually every month when I get paid. So these people keep going into my bank account every month always trying to debit mind you thats my very old account which I don't even use anymore for months now so that means there's no funds there... Cool without out fail I've been making payments and on the 26th of April 2025 ofcource according to the update I checked on my dstv app my balance was 607 that was to be paid for the following month which is may. Fine payment was done.. And today on the 6th May 2025 my account was disconnected because apparently am owing 800 plus coz of the debit orders that didn't go through when they went to try debit. Firstly who sent them to go debit form my account if am paying every month without fail vha cash?.. What are they doing in my bank account?. So now am being told I must say that amount for them to reconnect me.. Bear in mind that the amount they caused on my side by going into my account also always seeing that they not getting any money and again on whos instructions. Can I please get help
