Dstv robbing me blind

Wow. I dont know where to start with these people. My service got suspended due to the fact that my bill is R3400 and sonething. I mean really? How the hell do you get to a price that high if my normal premium package is R929.00 and then i have disney+ added to it. Now please tell me how the f..... hell did they get to that amount please because no one can tell me yet they expect me to pay that amount. Damn if i will do thay without knowing what the hell is going on with my account because seriously i still want to know how the hell you get to that amount if my account is paid every month.
