DSTV robbing me

DSTV has blocked my viewership even though I paid on the 30/04/2021. I have made numerous attempts to get them to unblock me but until today nothing has been done. I went as far as sending them my bank statement reflecting the payment but still nothing. It's been 12 days now they still cannot trace my payment
